18th Century Welsh Dresser & Rack
18th Century oak dresser and rack from North Wales; the rack above three frieze drawers and two fielded panelled doors, raised on stile feet. Of small proportions and retaining a good colour and patination.
The canopied rack and cupboard like arrangement of drawers point to this antique Welsh dresser to have been made in North Wales. Interestingly this antique dresser retains its original incised maker's marks to the right and rear of the rack: R, M and D.
